Un VPN positivo indica una inversi\u00f3n rentable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tasa interna de retorno (TIR):<\/strong>\n<p>La TIR es la tasa de descuento que hace que el valor presente neto de los flujos de efectivo de una inversi\u00f3n sea igual a cero. Es una medida de la rentabilidad de la inversi\u00f3n a lo largo del tiempo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Precio por metro cuadrado (o pie cuadrado):<\/strong>\n<p>Esta f\u00f3rmula calcula el valor de una propiedad en funci\u00f3n de su superficie.
